We monitor the flight’s, you don’t have to do anything unless your flight is cancelled or you have changed the flight.
Q2- Where will I meet my driver at the Airport ?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name on the board.
Q3- How Do I have to pay?
You can make the payment online with your credit/debit card.

Q5-Do I have to confirm the booking on the day?
There is no need to reconfirm the booking unless you want to change anything.

Our standard waiting time at the Airport is 45min, once the flight is landed, after that waiting time will be charged, see T&C

You can cancel your booking free of charge upto 6 hours before the schedule pick up time.
Q9-How can I request a car seat?
If you need a car seat, please request it when making the booking.

The driver will exchange his number 15minutes before the pick up time.
Q11-Do I have to give my terminal for the pick ups?
No, just give us the flight number & we will track your flight & meet you in the arrivals Hall.

Please use the discount code, when making the booking.

You can make the booking in advance up to 12months.
Q14-Can I eat & drink in the car?
We discourage the consumption of food during the rides.

It can happen due to no of reason, enter your address manually or try to enter postcode again or contact us.

Yes you can,by contacting us or sending an email.
Q18-Is my card details secured?
Yes, we don’t store your card details on the system.
Q19-What shall I do if I left my belongings?
Kindly call your driver ASAP or by calling customer support.
Q20-Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, all drivers are licensed, it is required by law.
